Introduction of Extrusion:
In order to produce a hard and anti-corrosion surface on the
surface of aluminum profile, we will anodize some aluminum
workpieces. This process effect can not only improve the service

attention to after aluminum oxidation treatment. Otherwise, the use

1. Hot water flushing. After oxidation, aluminum parts need to be
flushed with hot water in order to aging the film. However, the
water temperature and time shall be strictly controlled. If the
water temperature is too high, the film becomes thinner and the
color becomes lighter. If the treatment time is too long, the above
similar problems will occur. The appropriate temperature and time
are: temperature 40 ~ 50 ℃ and time 0.5 ~ 1min.
2. Drying: it is better to dry naturally. Hang the aluminum parts
washed with hot water obliquely on the shelf, so that the free
water on the working surface flows downward in a vertical
direction. The water drops flowing to the lower corner are absorbed
with a towel. The color of the film dried by this method is not
affected and appears natural.
3. Aging. The aging method can be determined according to the
climatic conditions. In summer with strong sunlight, it can be
exposed to the sun. In rainy days or winter, it can be baked in an
oven. The process conditions are: temperature 40 ~ 50 ℃, time 10 ~
4. For the repair of unqualified parts, unqualified conductive
oxide film parts should be picked out before drying and aging
processes. It is difficult to remove the film after drying and
aging, which will affect the surface roughness of aluminum parts.
For unqualified workpieces, we can take the following simple
measures to solve them: firstly, clamp the unqualified workpieces
on the fixture for aluminum anodizing, and then anodize them
according to the anodizing method of aluminum in sulfuric acid
solution for 2 ~ 3min. After the film is soft and falls off, the
conductive anodizing can be carried out again after a little
cleaning with alkali solution and light emitting with nitric acid.

Introduction of Electrophoresis:
Aluminum or aluminum alloy products are used as anodes in
electrolyte solution, and the process of forming aluminum oxide
film on the surface of the aluminum and aluminum alloy is called
anodic oxidation treatment of aluminum and aluminum alloy. After
anodization, the surface of aluminum can produce several microns -
hundreds of microns of oxide film. Compared with the natural oxide
film of aluminum alloy, its corrosion resistance, wear resistance
